Wednesday May 13th marked the 26th cat found in the weekend’s hoarding situation. The SPCA and Martinsville City Police are working tirelessly on rescuing and rehabilitating these cats. All of the 26 cats have medical concerns that must be addressed before they can be settled into forever homes.
